Blood clots!

Hi everyone

Looking for advice I recently posted a few days back and got great advice , currently still have two infection's kidney infection and an infection in my uterus and endometrium area and also I think I still have a small kidney stone which was diagonised last week , im not on my period and passing blood clots every time I go for a pee... still get the usual burning and smell obv from my infection , but I'm a bit worried about passing the blood clots it's not jus the one there always a few ... has anyone ever experienced this?
