I'm really freaking out and struggling to cope I don't think I've been doing well at all since June this year when I found out I have endometriosis along with an endometrioma on my right ovary.
I have a 3.6cm endometrioma on my right ovary and have to wait 6-9 months to get it removed.
I'm so scared that's it going to do more damage to my insides since I have to wait so long for surgery. I don't want my reproductive organs damaged I want kids more than anything.
I have a fear that my endometrioma could be leaking or ruptured and I'm bleeding inside!
Would you have symptoms or can internal bleeding go without symptoms? Please help I'm crying everyday

Oh, Crystalee, I'm so sorry you're hurting so much, physically and emotionally.
I don't personally know about endometrioma, but bleeding internally, which is what happens every month with Endometriosis, absolutely causes irritation and pain. That's why we always feel so crap for the week after our periods - our bodies take about a week to reabsorb the blood that has been released into our body cavity after our period. In that time, our body cavity is inflamed and irritated, giving us that lovely week long painful stomach ache that seems to be all over.
I'm sure there will be someone in this forum with more specific knowledge of endometriomas so just hang in there as best you can! Grab your hot water bottle and rest yourself. You're not alone in this. ❤️
