Advice please

So I am three weeks post partial hysterectomy

I'm struggling with oestrogen and been given this sylk stuff as apparently I'm to young for hrt. But I'm still really sore, anyone recommend anything?

Did you have your ovaries removed?

Just one but the other hasn't kicked in yet x

You said you've had a hysterectomy - so they removed your uterus? Did they leave your cervix in? This can contribute to dryness. My understanding is that they wouldn't give HRT unless you'd had both ovaries removed. There are other things like replens which are supposed to help with dryness, might be worth a trip back to the GP if things are really bad.
