Fluid around ovary - ultrasound on Sunday. Freaking out

I had a CT scan a few weeks ago due to pelvic pain they found fluid around my left ovary - instantly started to freak out and worry.

I have a chronic bladder infection so pain and pelvic pain can be normal for me. But I've had some painful periods which are unrelated. Just honesty freaking out and expecting the worst. Have a nomal ultrasound and transvaginal on Sunday.
