Mirena Coil - Bloating

Hello Everyone,

Just looking for some support/advice about the mirena. I had one put in 7 weeks ago now and have had the odd pains but nothing I can't handle (amazing what pain you can manage after years of endo haha) my biggest side effect is bloating!! Has anyone else had this side effect and if so how long it did last or does anyone have tips on managing bloating. I've spent so long losing weight and I'm going on holiday in 4 weeks and currently just feeling horrible again. Would love to get it sorted before going away!

Any advice will be highly appreciated, thanks soooo much in advance!
