Confused!!

So far this year i have been so often at my gps i might aswell work there! (I have ben referred to my local womens hosp have app on 14th sept as my GP suspects endo) however I have been back again today beacuse i ended up at the urgent care at local hospital the other day with a new pain. It started at the top of my abdomen and has since been more concentrated on my right side with sharp pains across my stomach. Thankfully my gp took me a lot more seriously than the one at hospital (who pressed my stomach and gave me mebeverine to treat ibs which are useless) he has requested an urgent ultrasound and im having blood tests next week and mentioned he now thinks i could have gallstones or gallbladder infection.

I have never had any issues with my gallbladder or ibs and wonder if this could be endo related or if im just being unlucky and my body is just being mean to me lol any help would be greatly appreciated xx

I had so many symptoms that they pretty much scanned and tested everything on the way to diagnosis. I had also been told that I had IBS and it seems that many women with endo have their symptoms dismissed as this but it wasn't IBS, it was bowel endo. The nurse at my GP's surgery told me that IBS just means they don't know what's causing your symptoms, it isn't really a proper diagnosis. I also frequently had digestive pain up under my ribs on the right hand side and was sent for a gallbladder scan but this was clear. I also had a sigmoidoscopy, kidney scans, colposcopy and blood tests. The bowel and rectovaginal endo that I had caused chronic constipation and I suspect that was the cause of the pain. Most of my pain was on the right as I had a lot of endo at the right adnexae and my uterus and bowel were stuck together then the whole lot was pulled over into my right hip by more endo and adhesions.
