I can't have the mirena coil due to it giving me big cysts on my face. So my doctor has told me to take 2 pill packs in a row without a break.
I am still bleeding badly when I would normally be due my period on my seven day break despite taking my pill continuously. Has anyone else experienced this?

perhaps you need to try a different pill with a different ratio of the hormone balance, i've taken my pill before back to back for years on end, and often had a lot of bleeding still even with no break, it was ages ago so honestly i can't remember properly, but i think after changing my pill to a different one with a different hormone level it improved for me and helped the pain and the bleeding to become less, so maybe try and ask your GP to look into a change x
I've been taking Cerelle (before that the more expensive Cerezette) continuously for a number of years now. I haven't had any bleeding on it for quite some time (however MRI back in October said the severe endo had come back to a similar state as it was when I had a operative laparoscopy back in 2012). Symptoms had been better on it overall I think since the lap. I hope your situation improves for you.
