I had my laparoscopy this am and the surgeon said everything was normal and he couldn't see any Endometriosis.
I have been having pain on the first few days of me period , jaggy sharp pains that feel more in my bowel, painful to pass wind or have a vowel movement.
Not sure how to feel I'm happy the laparoscopy was normal but at the same time there's no explanation for my pain .
Has anyone else been in this situation?

It could just be body changes around the time of your period thats making you feel these things. Keep an eye on it but if the pain is managedor eased with ibuprofen and paracetamol try not to worry to much xxx
I had mine yesterday after years of period pains and they found nothing but i clot to easy which is why they think i suffer so i need to go on tranexamic acid or pill.
I do have ibs so they think the pain could b abit more to do with that instead of endo or period. Which about a month ago i have given up dairy gluten and yeast and my pain in left lower side colon had almost gone ! So mayb it was ibs symptoms
Have a read through of my posts! I've been in this exact situation this last week.
Was your lap done by a general gynaecologist? Because mine was and they aren't as experienced in spotting endo as specialists so if it was a general gynae you need to push for a referral to see an endometriosis specialist!
If you type in BSGE into google, you can find your nearest endometriosis centre and ask to be referred there!
