Best method of 'detoxing'?

I use Epsom salts in hot baths and drink lots of water, I also have an Everlast 'slimming' belt that helps me sweat.

Anyone have a method that doesn't break the bank but gets the best results of helping our bodies shed the bad stuff in our systems?

Yes!

Look into Symprove. I had issues with my bowel and I was told to take this natural drink and it has worked a miracle on me and a friend that I know who also spoke of it highly. It is quite expensive, but it is good for anyone whether you have bowel problems or not as it cleans your gut out by putting in good bacteria and balancing your gut out. Do some research into it but I still take it to this day x

I took symprove for 12 weeks and then didnt take it again but i am actually looking to go back on it in a few weeks/months. Didnt effect my periods it just helped my bowel...from what i can remember i went on holiday and must hve caughta bug and came back ans could not stomach anything for a good few months so i took symprove to balance my gut out and stuck to chicken soup and after a few months i built my tolerance back up. No side effects at all well not with me anyway. Sorry i cant give too much info this was while back my memory is so bad!
