Hi can anyone recommend a Endo specialist , preferably Nook and NHS in the North East of England?

The nuffield in Leeds West Yorkshire are really good I had a laroscopy done very good it's private but worth it

Thanks x my daughter has had a laparoscopy, just need to know how to move forward as she's still got the same pain..

I've had 3 laporoscopys and did take magnesium tablets and it settled everything after taking a daily supplement and also on other vitamins fish oil but recently the pain in my right side has come back quite severe so I shall have to go see the gynaecology team again exercise and swimming really helps too painkillers don't seem to do much

Thanks, I've got her on magnesium and omega oils plus I've just read about mill thistle so going to get some.. She's recovering from a laparoscopy so no exercise for a few weeks but maybe add swimming too x

Can i ask what exercises you do and what dose vitamins and fish oil ?.

We can't recommend surgeons on here as connected to charity.

Nook is really US based so don't rely on that. Bsge clinics are the endo specialists in the U.K.

If you are on Facebook join Endo Revisited Uk education and support group as we can discuss surgeons there and as name suggests it is uk based.
