Can anyone help me on what benefits I can claim already applied for ESA and PIP heard back from ESA scored no points so will after apeal against it. I have evidence I think will help frpm a health consultant and lots of hospital appointments and diagnosis ones and from my Nero and ms nurse.

Go to the benefits and work website as they have brilliant advice. Become a member because a years subscription is only about £10 but really worth it. They explain everything you have to do to help your esa appeal and how the PIP form is calculated. Unfortunately evidence of hospital appointments won't help but get as much written evidence as you can. Ask your Drs/nurse to explain anything you can't do and how it affects your life. Also ask them to say they fully support your application. It's really important to get someone to say you need a home assessment or you'll have to go to one of their assessment centres which could be miles away, however poorly you are. If you're married, have a partner or friend/relative that knows about your situation, they can also write a letter describing your illness which is also accepted as evidence. Don't worry if you've already filled the form in, send it anyway. When you're getting your medical evidence together, get them to concentrate on how your life is affected as this is what they go on. The benefits and work website shows all the descriptors DWP go on so use that as a guide. Don't worry if you have to appeal for ESA/PIP as most people have to. More importantly please don't worry as you will get it eventually. But really important to remember when filling in either appeal or application forms, it's not about your diagnosis but how you're affected. Very strangely, they deduct points for and aids you use as they class this as you being more independent!!!!! Hope I've helped and good luck

Thankyou so much for your help but a don't even have a tenner to my name 😣 it stinks everything I have an illness there is no cure and it will only get worse it's crap 😥😤

I know it's a ridiculous system. You don't need to pay to become a member of Benefits and work website. There's still huge amounts of information on it that'll help you. You can also ask questions on the forums. Just give it a go. But you can still get all your evidence together as it's really important
