Twelve months ago i woke up with a burning in my side and went to the doctors who diagnosed a water infection i have gad these before so knew it was more than that and went to the hospital that diagnosed appendicitis and gave me antibiotics and the inflammation reduced. Blood tests showed slightly raised inflammatory markers and a ultra sound scan showed infection.

I had this inflammation again on the right hand side since again last summer but for about the past 9 months i have had burning in my groins and one area is agony at worse it like the sinews are burning or a big open sore cut. I also get the feeling of sticky pulling flimsy rough scratchy feeling also in my groin. I have had a ct with contrast, Mri without contrast transvagina scans which suggested Adenomyosis but since i am post menopausal they are dismissing it. For years i have had ibs symptoms and also cystitis and ibs pain for a few days after sex. I am convinced i have Endo. and/or lessions but i had a lap. last month which didn't show anything. Any ideas if this sounds like Adeno, Endo. or Adhesions ?.
