Is this normal? I've had the coil 1 month now and I'm taking norethisterone

I've had the coil for 1 month as well. I was told blood clots are normal. I've had them when bleeding but never one that big. You should maybe speak to your GP tomorrow when they re-open if you're worried. Or even phone NHS 24 where you can speak to a nurse. They take 3 hours to call you back when GPs are closed though.

Remember, the womb doesn't like the coil being in there, it's a foreign object. That's why there's such a long settling in period. I'm still in so much pain from it but a GYN told me to persist, but damn I feel like it's torture and it's wearing me out

I hate this pain, mine is worse at moment than it was before i had my laparoscopy. I have an ultrasound on Wednesday to find out what is causing a lump next to my belly button and causing me so much pain there.

I'm hoping they find something and hoping they don't at the same time.

Yeah I know how you feel. I haven't been diagnosed yet but got my first GYN appointment on Thursday.

From what people are saying on here, the lap seems to either make things or only makes it better for a few months then it all comes back.

I didn't get diagnosed. They said they didn't find any endometriosis, only an impression of Adenomyosis and a polyp x
