You do get physically moved around a lot in surgery apparently.

Hello

I am in the exact same predicament today/tonight and - on top of the usual pelvic pains - I now have severe lower back pain on both sides and a stiff sore right leg and I've developed a limp. I had a TLH and BSO with excision of rectovaginal adhesions 3 weeks ago. I sat at my desk at home and worked too long yesterday and today (I had to as self employed) and I assume sitting in that one position has not helped. Thank goodness it's a bank holiday this weekend.

If you google hysterectomy or laparoscopy and lower back or leg pain it suggest that the necessary positioning in surgery and the weakening of stomach muscles can result in back pain. The leg pain throws up lots of theories.

If in doubt go to GP or A&E. if mine is still terrible tomorrow, I was bent in half cleaning my teeth just now, then I may do just that to be sure in case I trapped a nerve. I assume as it wasn't that bad during the first or second week then it's cumulative stress over the past few weeks.

Hope you improve.
