Ive tried everything and its just not shifting, i have severe endo, left ovary removed along with 10cm cyst march 2014, womb ablation oct 2015, endo is attached to my ureta aswell. Does endo affect weight loss? I need to lose around 6 stone 😩🙈😓

I've found it a struggle to lose weight sometimes because the fatigue means it's hard to exercise and also pain can lead to comfort eating.

I think there is a lot to be gained health wise from trying to lose some weight, but it's easier said than done sometimes! Xxx

Hi, I’ve gone gluten, dairy, caffeine free. They all make inflammation worse and since I’ve eaten healthier and cut these out I’ve definitely lost weight and my stomack swelling has gone down so worth a try x

For me, I did a "fad" diet called lighter life and I lost 3 stone that I couldn't shift. Helped me so much with pain and my periods stopped (aka my coil started working again) recently out of no where I haven't changed my eating and I have put on 2 stone in about a month which is unreal, mentioned it to my specialist and he mentioned it being linked as my pain has got much worse and it's all tied together.

Currently contemplating doing lighter life again just to get the weight off and then continue the healthy eating and exercise I am doing but I need to find out why I put on the weight in what felt like overnight!

The struggles we have to deal with! It's honestly so hard getting it off and deffo linked
