As they are saying tea and coffee have health benefits has anyone found it help as them with fatigue or any other symptoms? If so can you recommend any tea or coffee supplements as I don’t either. Thanks

I do not recommend green tea for my clients (I work holistically as an Ayurvedic practitioner and Pharmacist) In general, Coffee is great for attention and focus but not fatigue. Endometriosis fatigue is hard to improve via supplements because the root cause is complex - ie it’s not a deficiency. Sorry I know that probably hasn’t made things clearer for you but if you need more support please send me a message

Hi. I’ve heard it has some health benefits. Why don’t you recommend green tea?

It has many antioxidants yes which are very healthy but that’s only own part of the herb. long term it can cause excess heat in the body (subtle heat). This accounts for why some people feel benefit but some feel worst, people react to this heat differently. More often than not women with endo need cooling herbs

Hi Bethleah

If you're interested in finding out more about diet and endometriosis, there's a book that's recommended on the 'Endometriosis Treatment Information Pack' entitled 'Endometriosis - A key to healing through nutrition' by Dian Shepperson Mills and Michael Vernon, which is available through Amazon.

The full 'Endometriosis Treatment Information Pack' can be downloaded from our website at endometriosis-uk.org/endome...

Please do be careful when taking nutritional advice from any person or company that doesn't specialise in endometriosis.

Hope this helps!
