Can mefenamic acid stop a period?

Hi everyone,

I'm on mefenamic acid to stop heavy, prolonged bleeding that had lasted three months non-stop. It didn't seem to have an effect at first but now it's working both with stopping the bleeding and controlling the pain a little.

I have reason to believe I am on my period at the moment (broken out in a couple of spots, mood feels different and my stomach problems have flared up massively as they always do at the time of the month), however I'm not bleeding at all.

Is it possible that the mefenamic has stopped my monthly period bleeding, as well as the (possible) endo bleeding I was having for months non-stop?
