Sleepy

Hi all I hope ur all ok. For the last 2 or 3 weeks. All I've what 2do is sleep. And when I'm not asleep I feel so sleepy. No I feel so hot all the time . Is it endometriosis coming back or what? I'm so fed up with feeling like this.

I get this feeling a few days a month ib pill cycle. My endo controlled by pill after surgery many years ago. I've just had 2 days of it lucky it was a weekend. I get it with migraine & intense nausea too. It is not normal tiredness. Maybe you could start recording to see if its a cycle thing. Have you talked to doc yet?

No not yet and I have pain in my lower back 2day 2.

Are u on hrt? Without can make I weary and achey. See gp maybe. Could also maybe be under active thyroid or lots of other stuff or just your body's way of telling u to slow down while it concentrates on recovery hugs cxxx
