Hi ladies

Does anyone always feels constantly tired (more than normal) I am so lathargic but this does get worse when the pain comes along. Is this a side effect of endo does anyone know (or am I just in need of a gym) :-):-)

Hi, I was diagnosed this Autumn, but literally the week before, after changing my mind about going out ,my boyfriend said "it's okay you're just one of those tired people". Ha! It must be hard for him as I'm always changing my plans because I'm too tired.

Actually it's not tired, i'm shattered or exhausted like I've just climbed a mountain after 3 nights without sleep!

I have about a week (maybe wk 3/4 of my cycle) when I'm normal again and have energy and everything, and get carried away and plan loads of things to do, then go through the process of cancelling them all again when mr exhaustion returns :-(

I had excision surgery just under two months ago - I thought I'd feel better by now.... I'm off to centre parcs with my kids today - and guess what - I'm feeling shattered and all I want to do now is stay at home :-( hopefully the kids will tire themselves out quad biking etc without too much mum involvement....

Fingers crossed I start to feel better in Jan. Anyone one lose their tiredness post op? How long did it take?

Hx

I have the same.....although I have not been officially diagnosed with endo, I have polycystic ovaries but all the symptoms of endo so had the marina coil to see if it helps........two months later no luck. constantly cancelling plans or leaving early because I feel like I have just run a marathon, and even with sleeping most of the day still feel like I need more rest! and have the same with pain, if I have a bad spout of pain, instantly feel excessively tiered. I think this has to be the worst symptom. could cope with the pain in some ways but the tieredness is the most frustrating. anyone have anyways they cope with the tiredness?

I had about 6 months of extreme fatigue with Endo. No matter how much I slept. I tried B vitamins then high strength iron. The iron seemed to help a lot. It also made my periods lighter. Good luck xx

Mine seems to come and go. I think it's because our body's are inflamed internally and always trying heal itself so must be exhausting.

That's just my opinion . Not a docs xxxx
