I've taken two tranexamic acid before I started bleeding

Hello, anyone got any advice? I started getting the usual heavy feeling I always get prior to my period starting and I prematurely took two tranexamic acid tablets (as I'm away from home staying with family for a big birthday celebration). I'm normally regular as clockwork, so I took it assuming I was about to start my heavy bleed. However, there has been no bleed at all. I had a lap done 5 weeks ago, my first period bleed straight that was heavy (starting on Christmas Day!). But I'm a tad worried I might have taken tranexamic acid too early and stopped my bleed this month. I'm still getting all the normal pains, have started using a tens machine for the first time ever too, which appears to be helping along with tramadol and mefenamic acid too....
