Recently And not regularly I've had my back go into agonising muscle spasm for two days which then turns into period cramps and the recognisable back pain I get with my period, anyone else get this? I'm thinking endo is attached to a spinal nerve

Yes sounds about right, I've had one lap when I was diagnosed aged 30 and had it scraped away , it was mild , not really suffered much with endo or periods all my life (47) until now that I'm peri menopausal and I seem to be getting terrible back pain and wondering if the endo has grown back causing the sciatic pain , any suggestions?

I've had severe endo since I was 26 however now aged 45 and going through the menopause my endo is worse than ever. I feel as though it's still growing but as I'm not having periods none of it is shedding.
