Hi their i got diagnosed with endometriosis stage 4 in may an now im going though menopause. Is their any tips to help with sweet an no sleeping its driving me mad ontop of the pain im constantly in with the endometriosis x painkillers take edge away but its still their. Tortured by my own body its horrible xx

Hello Pawsss I'm also going through early menopause but I'm on medication to help me have periods.

Hot water bottle works for me for short while.

Hot water bottle not helping its giving me bigger hot flushes lol im on hormone tablets to to take edge off menapos an stop my peroids as im going in for surgery in april x

Oh ok well it does help with my pain because I hate painkillers lol. But lately just coughing gives me so much pain.

My hot flushes stopped since the HRT medication. Good luck with your surgery.
