Microgynon pill

Hi

I have been taking the microgynon pill for 3 days now and this is my 4th day. I feel so badly sick like I am actually going to be sick. I have been getting headaches, and aches in my kneck and arms. not sure what to do? Also been getting chest pains. I know whether to ring the gynie and ask to try a different pill?
