Endo/Cyst

Hi I had a internal vaginal scan done last week, it showed fluid, which she said could be endo and a cyst. they want to do another internal on the 5th day of my period to see if the cyst has gone away.

I have been told to go on microgynon pill by my gynie to see if I do have endo.

I have suffered for a year and 7 months, with vaginal/pubic mound /groin/stomach pains when ovulating.

I ovulate usually a week before my period.

My pains started when I done heavy lifting, does anyone else think endo was caused by a strain?

I have the pains all the time but they r really bad when I ovulate or when I do something like gardening
