Muscle aches and body pains

Does anyone get really achey/sore if you over-exert yourself? Bar my fully time job I rarely have the energy to do anything when I get home, but I spent a whole day cleaning the house out/moving heavy objects etc and it's been two days and my arms and legs are still aching. My back was so sore yesterday I ended up in tears. Does anyone else with Endo experience this? I feel like an old lady

Extra magnesium can be good I take magnesium citrate and have Epsom salts baths when I fee rubbish it can really help energy wise 💗
