Does anyone else get body aches that feel like the flu? It feels like my bones just hurt and all of my muscles are exhausted.

Yes yes yes yes!

I went to my GP because I thought I could be anemic, or lacking some vitamin like B12. But blood tests came back normal. So I have no idea why I feel like this or what I can do to help! And she didn't offer any advice, so following this post x

Ugh I haven't ever had any luck either! I was found to be anemic at one point, but after I straightened it out, the pain persisted. Only thing that helps me at all is a hot water bottle, but I've got a rash from using it too often :(

I use a dreamland heat pad, so I have control over the temperature, although I always have it on the highest setting!

ugh I hear you!!! :( Yip my leg muscles ache when i get a flare up of endo. I sleep in every Saturday and Sunday (I know not everyone has that luxury) and I feel this stops it until say Wednesday time.

I also take dandelion and eat gluten free which have helped me immensely with all my symptoms including this.

I have those pains too! Sometimes I can't even brush my teeth for two minutes cause my arm hurts too much... it's ridiculous. Blood tests come back OK. As they say, endo fatigue compares to fatigue experienced by cancer patients... :/

Oh my god I am so pleased to have seen this!! For about two months now it feels like I have been hit by a train and run over a few times for luck. Literally everything hurts. I thought it might be side effects from the zoladex or one of the other drugs I take (a lot!) but the Dr said the side effects shouldn't last this long... ugh! Sometimes the pain In my legs and pelvis make me walk like I have had an accident in my pants...pretty embarrassing at work. I use hot water bottles too but like emilyt03 I have ended up with a red blotchy tummy and back that wont go away!

Will definitely follow this in the hope of some tips! But you are not alone!

I will tell you though that I am on Zoladex as well, so it's possible that that's what causing it to be bad for both of us :( I hope things get well for you soon xx

For my lower back ache I use kinesio tape (you know the brightly coloured sports tape you see athletes wearing)

Every Friday after work I soak in a hot bath.. while other people my age are out socialising!

I really need to start taking vitamins again. And see if there is any improvement
