Please help! I'm due a 3rd op

Hello, I'm looking for some advice as I'm completely beside myself. 2 yrs ago I had a kidney stone of which the ct scan identified a chocolate cyst. I was in chronic pain within a few months, so bad I couldn't get out bed. My Dr drained it when I ended up in A&E where he told me I have endometriosis. A few moths later I started getting back ache, abdominal cramps and just knew something was wrong. After a second scan it had grown back bigger than it was when it was removed. My Dr told me he would remove it all from the scan but leave the ovary but I would first need an injection every month for 3 months (began with Z). 6 weeks later I was virtually bedridden. I bit the bullet and had a private consultation for an hour, I had blood taken that day and had to go back in immediately because my tumour markers were high. A sum of money and a few days later I had a cyst the size of a melon taken out. I was told the procedure was successful. A year or so later I've now had sciatica for 10 weeks and knew something was wrong. Some days I struggle to walk and again have experienced pain that leaves me stood paralysed for half hour before it dies down. I've this week had another scan to rule anything out so I can crack on with getting rid of the sciatica. I have a cyst on each ovary, the one attached to the right is more central and tucked behind what can only be described as a mess. I'm traumatised that this is continuing to affect my quality of life and can only guess I'll have ops every 1-2 years. I'm so depressed. They won't give me a hysterectomy because even though I don't want children I've not had any. I'm 30. Does anyone have any advice for me? I can't explain how desperate I am. The pain is unbearable.
