To describe it is hard. Feels like a belt or snake has wrapped around your middle.
Usually starts in the back and moves to the middle.
I do not know if this is common with endo but we had it .
It felt like pulling and stretching of your organs . It started slow middle of back then works its way around the front .
Very painful . It lasts about 5 min .' Anyhow thought I'd bring it up as we both had it
