I had excision of Endometriosis 8 weeks ago, insertion of mirena coil. I'm still experiencing pain and heavy bleeding. My breasts are also very painful. Is this normal?

Hi - it takes a few weeks for the bleeding to settle after surgery. I've found that due to the hormone release of the mirena, around usual menstruation time, breasts get bigger and tender. Think this is a side effect of the mirena but this is getting slightly less each month as my body is getting used to it. If that's any help!

Thanks so much for all of your help,I was unsure as I was only diagnosed 6 months ago and didn't get any information given to me before I Left hospital.x

I'm no expert, I got diagnosed in May so any doubts please ask expert advice 🙂 I was just going from my experience. Hope you're ok!
