Strange Pain

might be a bit of a strange one, but for as long as I can remember when I sneeze I get a very intense pain in my stomach as if something is ripping or pulling. Does anyone else experience similar?

I get a line of ripping pain that starts to the right and just below my navel when I sneeze particularly violently. It usually only lasts a second or so, but occasionally it'll be a lot longer.

It feels like a string is tied, one end below-right of my navel and one end to my groin, and sneezing tugs on it. Hurts bad enough that I'll hunch over and need to catch my breath for a bit. I'll also get the same pain occasionally if I stretch the wrong way or push too hard in the bathroom. It's the weirdest thing and I have no idea what it is.
