Who is it that refers you to them is it the doctor or the hospital ? I just asked the doctor and all we got was greef acusing us of not trusting the guini at our local hospital in the end he said he will look in to it

My gp didn't even know they existed , take the name of surgeon and centre to your go and tell him that's where you won't to be reffered, it's not about not trusting anyone, it's about getting to see the right person for endometreosis, good luck

Thank you kindle she had surgery in May and they found minimal endo on the left utero -sacral ligaments and in the pouch of Douglas and the adhesions on the sacrum to the pelvic side wall on the right side and that's where all the pain was and it has now returned just as bad as before

It says they were ablated and the pain is like she is being stabbed with a knife and the point of it is in the back

She has the pain on the right at the bottom of her back and at the front very low down

Hi I am Gail's daughter, I have read your post about the US ligaments. The symptoms I have is what I can only describe as being stabbed low down on the right hand side with severe back pain lower right side. When stretching or rolling from one side to another a sharp pulling sensation and what feels like a "twitchy eye " spasm. I have found that being on my feet and walking for any length of time triggers the pains.

I asked my gp about this today she was reluctant to refer me as she said I am already under the womens hospital. i said im really struggling and dont feel my consultant at the womens understands (I have abdominal wall endo) and dont see him till the end of the month so in the end she said she would do it, however she could not find the details on choose and book so I called the hospital and they said to just get the gp to fax a letter to them requesting a refferal so I called my drs and gave them the name and fax number fingers crossed she will refer me. X
