Bleeding even after 2 shots of zoladex 3.6

Hi,

I have been detected with endometriosis 2 months back, when thegynaecologist did a laparoscopic surgery to remove my ovarian cysts. They said zoladex 3.6 will help me. I have taken 2 shots, yet still having my periods. What can be the probable reason behind this? Please help
