laparoscopy advice!

I've recently just had a laparoscopy yesterday and have prom next week, any tips or tricks to help me get back up and running again?

I would just advise to get plenty of rest and listen to what your bodies telling you, if your tired sleep. Hope your recovery goes well xx

Sleeps lots, eat clean and green food, drink plenty of fluids. Don't rush back to your normal routine, but make sure you are moving a little every day. Keep on top of your pain relief, you don't need to be a hero.
