Urgent help needed

I'm in so much pain,10 out of 10. I can't move because it makes it worse. Painkillers aren't working. Would it be wrong to call for an ambulance. I'm losing control. I can't cope!

its so horrible when you are in such a massive level of pain like this, i'm glad you called for help and hope the paramedic is there now. if nothing else, they can help get your pain under control and do some investigations at the hospital. thinking of you xx

Been waiting for an hour and still no paramedic. Pain has subsided but it'll be back in half and hour. It comes and goes in waves. Worried they'll turn up now and not believe me 😕

I waited 90 mins for a paramedic that never came. 111 phoned me back to say there was no point sending one because the hospital wouldn't do anything. They are going to get my gp to phone me to discuss pain meds. Long story short: I'm being fobbed off AGAIN and left to get on with it. No one cares, no one helps me.

thats disgusting, luckily when i first had to call a ambulance when i was 16 the pain was that bad i passed out.

Don't leave it, get someone else to phone or go up A&E.. they think they can't do anything about it but they can!

you need stronger pain killers x

Hope you get seen soon. Sounds like you might need stronger or different medication. What work for some women don't for others - keep going back to change your meds until you find what work for you!

I remember 10 years ago when I was admitted to hospital with excruciating kidney pain (they thought was a kidney stone). When they realised it was actually Endometriosis blocking my ureter they wanted to send me home and book me in for Endometriosis surgery. I pleaded my case with the doctors and said you cannot leave me in this agony and I could not live like that. I simply refused to go home.

Stay strong and fight your corner! You deserve to be pain free!

I phoned 111 again this evening because I've been vomiting. They said a professional would call me back but that was 2 hours ago. Pff
