Nausea and fatigue at work.

This is the first time I've posted anything, so please be kind! I've been forced to take the last two days off work due to the pain I have been getting, and I feel like my work doesn't understand. I have no diagnosis yet, but I've had a scan and I'm due to see a consult soon. The pain makes me double up, and soon after I feel extremely sick and tired. Does anyone else get this? What helps you? I'd really appreciate some advice as I hate taking time off work X

I'm only going by my experance I used to take heat pads to work and my pain relief but took edge of the pain but work weren't to happy when I had to take time off due to the pain it got that bad I had to end up being signed of work due to the pain I was in but cause my symptoms were so bad I had no option than to give up my job I hope u get some relief and try to rest as much as u can at work or maybe ask if they can give u duties that dosent make the pain so bad goodluck and sending big hugs to you xxx
