Worried so much, pain excruciating

Hi everyone, had tvs last week sonographer said ever had endo I said no but it wud ring true with the amount of pain I get pelvis lower back top of thighs, ovaries too, now waiting gynae appointment. Suffer with pcos and spotting last 4 2-3weeks a time which is my cycle,if im lucky 5 days.I had mirena coil since I had it removed 3 years ago no normal cycle. I'm just worried it's more than endo do u guys get these symptoms? Or is it my
