Zoladex side effects

Had my first Zoladex injection about 10 days ago and mostly feeling fine so far apart from a constant dull headache, which I control with painkillers. But today I have had really shaky hands and limbs and a general feeling of being off-balance. No dizziness as such though.

Shakiness isn't listed as being one of the side effects so I just wondered if anyone else had experienced this?

I wonder if it must be? Because I had my first zoladex injection 2 weeks ago and I was so shaky all day yesterday as well as feeling really dizzy...hopefully it only happens at the beginning of this treatment x
