Has anyone had Nutella and had a bad tummy (poo wise, sorry!) and hot flushes to go with it? I had fruit with Nutella today and may have done a bit over board with the Nutella and now I feel awful!! Also.. Does anyone get bad back pain if you eat too much chocolate/sugar?

Hi Megvarn, I was looking up the ingredients of Nutella and it does contain lots of sugar and soy and artificial vanilla. It does say that some may be sensitive to the chemicals in the product.
