Pain!

Hi ladies just thought I would post on here, had the worst week in a long while last week, ended up on oromorph for pain relief. Due my next lap towards the end of this month (I got cancelled in December). Although the pain is now much more under control I'm now struggling with constipation due to the levels of pain relief I needed to the end of last week, any tips ladies? Its so frustrating! Xxx

Try flaxseed in your diet. I was like you for months but a spoonful everyday has really sorted me out
