low dose Naltrexone

Low dose Naltrexone has been recommended by Endo specialists, like Dr. Cook , for the treatment of endometriosis and the related infertility. Other doctors prescribe it also, as it regulates the immune system, the main culprit for endometriosis. Has anyone had any experience with it?
