I experiece alot of bloating and need to find out if anyone knows of anything that can help reduce the bloating? I am still trying to get my head around the diagnosis aswell as been told we may need help with falling pregnant which is hard for me as a woman.Any advice would be really appreiciated x

Have you had any endo excised as yet, what is your next step?
I find peppermint tea helps with bloating but only since I've had my lap and excision. There wasn't anything really that helped with my bloating prior to my lap and excision because it was so severe. X
