Just worked a 12 hour shift with the worst pain. Had hot water bottle and cocodamol. But it's not touched the pain. I have come home with so much bloating I look about 6 months pregnant the pain on my left hand side of my lower stomach is terrible when I apply slight pressure it's like an electric shock inside. Rant over😦

I really feel for you, I've been there. My pain comes suddenly it's like being stabbed. I hope it goes for you soon x

Shame poor you, could you maybe ask work to allow you to reduce hours especially when you in so much pain. Ask for different pain killers and may I suggest tens machine some people love them for managing pain. Hope you got a sleep xxxx

Can I just say well done for battling it out and getting through your shift. I totally understand how difficult that is. I hope you have been able to get some sleep and are feeling a bit better today. Stay strong!

Feeling for you and well done! I had to leave my full time job because of the pain, fatigue, etc. and I hope you find a way to control the symptoms before you have to do the same. Due to have my third operation in 3 weeks, hoping it is the last. Meanwhile, I have found the the most effective treatment for pain for me is Dexketoprofen trometamol. I have tried virtually everything since I was 11 with my 1st period and I am 41. Good luck and take care!

I no how u feel as I worked a 7 hour shift in pain yesterday taking my painkillers and wearing heat pad I'm exhausted cause lack of sleep Iv had with the pain xx
