Pregnant at Last!! Should I get tubes tied??...

Hi there, I have sage 5 endo an final fell pregnant in May baby is due in Feb 2016. My placenta is laying low an having a lot pain on right side. I am thinking of getting tubes tied when going in to have my baby, does it help with endo pain or prevent the re growth?
