Lightheaded and dizzy

Hi I finished my period yesterday after bleeding lightly for 10 days ( I have a mirena) today I feel so tired even though I had 12 hours sleep last night. I'm now starting to feel sick and very light headed I feel as though everything is spinning and I can't stand up as I'm worried I might fall. I just wondered if this could be to do with endo and has anyone else had this xx

I went doc about this she said it's bcos wen we bleed we lose blood which has iron in it.

Iron has oxygen in it. Hence lightheaded dizzy. Are you yawning and short of breath too?

iron supplements work well or iron rich food.
