Prostap flare up?

How long after the first prostap injection can a flare up begin? I am nearly 2 weeks post my first injection. My pain hadn't really changed up until today when I've had increased shooting pains up my bottom and vagina. I've had these before but they don't usually last very long, maybe just the odd one here and there. But these have now been nearly constant for the last few hours. Paracetamol and ibuprofen haven't helped and I've been sat on a warm wheatbag. I hope this is a sign that the injection is going to help once the flare settles down. I would really appreciate your thoughts. Thank you x x x x
