Headaches

Just curious to know who else suffers from regular headaches & if those headaches are sporadic or not?

Hi I tend to get severe headaches at that time of month which lasts four or five days. It's horrible.

I suffer intense headaches either a day before my period or few days after, can leave me bed ridden but I also get vertigo migraines something I never had before endometriosis was diagnosed when I had my ectopic pregnancy. If your headaches follow a pattern keep a diary and see what triggers them and see your gp if they get too bad and troublesome xx

I have sporadic headaches, I feel they are Endo related but there is no pattern to them. They usually pass after 4-5 hours but I do have to stay in bed with curtains shut. Probably had 4 in 6 months.
