ESA is an employment and support allowance benefit for people who are too sick to work. I tried to claim but have been refused, now i have appealed and will have to attend a tribunal court.
I would ask how gathering names of other sufferers is beneficial to your claim, seeing as they're meant to be professionals trained in assessing sickness. I would explain your symptoms and reasons for being unable to work atm while providing sick notes hospital appointment letters etc. It seems they have no understanding of endo and would asked to be reviewed by someone with knowledge of the condition. Good luck hun x
yes i agree with you. My endo is very bad atm and is now causing me bladder and bowel problems. I have provided sick notes, hospital appointments etc... but they have still turned down my esa claim. I have now appealed and am waiting for a date to attend a tribunal court.
I do not have any money coming in as i am unable to work or claim jobseekers allowance. I feel like such a scrounger as i'm having to ask my boyfriend and parents for money x
