Hi all. Has my thrid op yearerday. I'm in so much pain!

Good news is the gyne got most of it out, freed my ovarys. Anyone got any advice on how to get rid of the air? I know it's my third one but can't remember it been this bad. Any advice would be a great help!

Windeze, peppermint tea, walking as much as you can & literally being burped like a baby works, x

Lie on your back, knees up together feet on the bed. Drop knees to each side together left then right and continue.
