Strange pains....?

Hi all I have a bamboozling problem... While I am used to the usual cramping of my uterus/ovaries/rectum (bad isn't it, being used to pain). I have recently started to feel 'other pains'... I sometimes have like a stabbing pain in my chest wall that makes it difficult to take a breath. This happens for a few minutes and then it will either move elsewhere in my torso (sometimes as high as my collarbone) or go away completely. It feels like a stitch you feel after running. Other times I get a wave of little electric shocks run through my body. Again, as quickly as it arrives it goes away... I have no idea if this is related to endo, does anyone else have this sort of strange pain? What does it mean? I had a torso MRI due to suspected gallbladder problems and it was all clear. Hmmmmm?
