Hi I'm 25 years old and have had abnormal bleeding since the age of 15, I tried all sorts to help. But got no where. Last year I had 3 injections of the zoaldex. My last one was June last year. I got my 1st period back this year March 2015. It lasted 7 days and was normal but if not had another one since. I'm trying for a baby. How long do you think it will take to fall pregnant? Or for my periods to come back normal.

Today I went to the hospital for bloods and to find out if my endometriosis was back and was told yes and if I wanted to try having children it would have to ivf. I'm scared can any one give me some advice or help dose it work.

I had shots of Zoladex for 2 months, my period was a month late after I came off it. Now two months after that, my period is normal, but each person is different. I was told that after Zoladex it can take up to 3 months, till you can try to conceive. Sorry to hear your endometriosis is back, maybe talk to your GP about the questions on your mind, especially if it's to do with IVF. Wish you the best!

Aw that's okay, we're all here to support each other :)

I have severe endo and IVF worked twice for us. I had laser surgery prior to each IVF cycle followed by 3 hormone injections 1 per month. Try to keep positive though I really do know this can be hard. I never had zoladex though sorry.
